We really had fun doing our review of this 19.2v Craftsman cordless jigsaw.

This is really a well built, solid and precise cutting tool.

It's not too heavy and cumbersome when it comes to making those tricky cuts and it has plenty of power for all those beefy cuts.

The ergonomic hand grip and trigger fit great in your palm making it comfy to use for long periods of time.

All adjustments are easy and fast, from the quick blade changing to the flip of a switch between different orbital settings.

This jigsaw has a smooth variable speed trigger that makes control of the jigsaw flawless during all cutting.

This power tool may not have the reputation of some of the big brand names used by Contractor's but it sure performs as well as any of them.

  • Plenty of battery staying power
  • Makes great and even cuts
  • Comfy to handle for long periods of time
  • Decent balance and visibilty while cutting
  • 19.2v cordless tools tend to be a little heavier than I like
  • Changing and setting the table bevel is cumbersone
  • Would like to be able to buy jigsaw, battery and charger as one set


Our Conclusion

This is a very handy cordless tool to have around the workshop.

It's easy to use and handles well.

The cuts that you can make with this cordless jigsaw can make life in the workshop much simpler.

My recommendation is a positive one for this power tool and we believe your money will be well spent on this Craftsman cordless jigsaw.
